Common questions

I'm not receiving notifications

Open your phone's Settings → Notifications → Fasting Path and make sure notifications are enabled (and that "Time Sensitive" alerts are on for iOS). In the app, go to Profile → Notifications to verify your reminder preferences.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not us. Cancel anytime:

You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

I want to delete my account

You can delete your account directly from the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your fasting data, journal entries, and group memberships within 30 days. Full instructions also live at /delete-account.

I was charged but my premium features aren't unlocked

This usually resolves itself within a few minutes as Apple/Google syncs the purchase. Try this:

Is intermittent fasting safe for me?

Intermittent fasting is well-studied and considered safe for most healthy adults. It's not recommended if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have a history of eating disorders, are taking medication that requires food, or have certain medical conditions (e.g. type 1 diabetes). Always consult your doctor before starting any new dietary regimen.

How is my data handled?

Your fasting data lives on your device by default. We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads. Read the full Privacy Policy for the complete picture, including what we collect for crash reporting and analytics (which is anonymous and minimal).
